    I began my journey in healthcare as a caregiver, drawn by my passion for assisting senior citizens. Seeking to broaden my impact, I educated myself in medical billing. Over the past two decades, I've worked with various providers and states, refusing to accept defeat from insurance carriers.     Originally from the Northeast, I’ve proudly called the PNW home for over 15 years.

    As co-owner of our medical billing and credentialing business, I enjoy helping healthcare providers simplify the administrative side of running a practice so they can spend more time focusing on their patients.

    I work hands-on with the medical billing process, including claim submission all the way through to reviewing claim payments , with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and timely reimbursement. I’m also a certified credentialing specialist and help practitioners through the entire credentialing and contracting process from start to finish. From insurance enrollments to follow-up communication and documentation, I strive to make what can often feel like an overwhelming process much smoother and more manageable.

    In addition, I assist providers with complete CAQH profile setup and maintenance to help keep everything current and compliant. I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and approachable, and I truly value building strong relationships with the providers and practices I work with.
